Our Philosophy

Love Greens Street Kitchen is a family established business, with husband and wife duo, Alex and Rachael, leading the team. Having been in operation since April 2019, Love Greens draw on their rich knowledge and experience of healthy vegan, vegetarian and paleo foods to dish up delicious, fresh food that tastes just as good first thing in the day, than it does last thing at night.

As experienced foodies who have travelled extensively and spend many a weekend at festivals and events Alec and Rachael founded Love Greens with the simple aim of providing people with a unique healthy eating experience, which delivers the taste of fresh street food culture to festival food lovers. Delivering simple, authentic dishes with a contemporary twist, and a seasonally adjusted menu using locally sourced ingredients, Love Greens serve up visually appealing and enticing meals that offer up more than just your average street food fare. 

Love Greens reflects Rachael and Alex's personal philosophies around food, their rich travel experiences, and a commitment to integrating good quality and tasty food into the Australian festival scene. 

Rachael's culinary skills have been instrumental in building Love Green's reputation of serving up fresh, fragrant and delicious food. Rachael having run the kitchen at a holistic health resort in Queensland and Alex experienced in an English hotel kitchen. Both have now made the permanent move to North East Victoria For Rachael and Alex cooking is an extension of their home where every meal prepared is an investment of time, commitment and joy. While Alex runs the kitchen, Rachael is the backbone for the day-to-day operations of Love Greens, using her business acumen and interpersonal skills to lead staff, and oversee the running, and major functions of the business.

Rachael and Alex are also committed to operating with sustainability in mind and are committed to supporting social enterprise.  That why they donate 5% of Love Greens Street Kitchen's profits to The Rustic Bus to provide vulnerable families with well earned holidays.
